Silvia Andrade Martinez

Silvia Andrade Martinez of Victoria, Texas peacefully passed away on February 25, 2025. Silvia was born on March 2, 1961, to Mauricio Rene Andrade and Alicia Garza Benavides in Kenedy, Texas. She grew up in Victoria, TX, where she attended St. Joseph High School. She worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant before focusing her attention on raising and caring for her daughter, Adrianna. Silvia enjoyed movie nights with her daughter and game nights with her extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Miguel and Angelita Rivera, her mother Alicia Benavides, her father, Mauricio Andrade, her husband Joe Louis Martinez and her daughter, Adrianna Nicole Martinez. She is survived by her sisters, LaNell Orta, Joanne Hatcher and Olympia Andrade Montano and her brother, Lawrence Andrade. Silvia’s ashes will be buried next to her husband and daughter at Noble - San Jose Cemetery, March 29, 2025 at 10am.
