Rodney O'Shea McGee

Rodney O’Shea McGee, age 58, formerly of Kingsville, Texas departed this world on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

Rodney attended H.M. King High School in Kingsville, Texas.  He loved his music.  Even though he was a bit shy, he had a big heart and he was filled with kindness and love for his family. He was often referred to as the Gentle Giant.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Laurice Lene White (McGee). He leaves to cherish his memory, the mother of his oldest children, Veronika West, his children, Elizabeth West, Joseph McGee, Kasey McGee, and Jalysa Nuells (Patrice Nuells, mother); his siblings, Teresa Thomas, Cassundra (Donald) Herring, and William (Chris) White, his grandchildren, Cameron McGee, Legend McGee and Marquis Nuells; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him. He will be greatly missed.

The family would like to express our thanks to everyone who have supported, encouraged, and comforted us. All that you did was deeply appreciated.
