Rex Petty Sr. Obituary

Rex Elbert Petty Sr., October 1944 to November 2023. Born in Marshville, Missouri to Georgia Lee Petty and Elbert Sylvester Petty. He enlisted in the USAF serving 20 years all around world. After the military, he was a civil servant for 22 years at Lackland AFB, TX. He moved to Seadrift, TX for the last 15 years. Rex loved his animals, wood carving and cooking. He is preceded in death by his sister Joyce Davis and their parents. He is survived by his two brothers, his son Rex Elbert Petty Jr and his family and his daughter Clarisa Petty Woodard and her family. Burial service November 7, 2023, 2:15 pm. Ft. Sam National Cemetery in San Antonio. In lieu of flowers donate to Wounded warriors.
