Randy Ann McCulloch McCaskill

Randy Ann, age 76, passed away on February 10, 2025. She was born in San Antonio, TX. on March 22, 1948. She was a resident of Port Lavaca, TX. 

She was a jack of all trades and a master of some—a hardworking, fiercely independent woman who never shied away from speaking her mind. Strong-willed and bullheaded, she was a true spitfire, always standing firm in her beliefs. She was deeply loved by her family, who admired her strength and determination.

For many years, she owned and operated an upholstery business, showcasing her talent and work ethic. She was opinionated, tough as nails, and lived life on her own terms. Despite her sharp edges, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life, and she loved them fiercely.

She is survived by her son, Yancey Rills, and his wife, Mikie; her daughter, Dawn Rills; and five grandchildren: Scott and Payton Rills, Sadie Walker, Preston Rills, and Jaynie Clark. She also leaves behind four great-grandchildren: Avriana Gayle, Evelyn and Olivia Rills, and Leilani Mireles. Additionally, she is survived by her siblings, Gene McCulloch; Lou McCulloch and his wife, Linda; Joe McCulloch and his wife, Pam; Beverly Boone and her husband, Brent; and Shelley Richards and her husband, Buddy.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christey Shay Rills, and her parents, Joe D. and Maxine McCulloch.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and private services will be held by family at a later date.
