Linda Ann Bellis, 81, of Victoria passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025. She was born on January 5, 1944 to the late Russell Bryan and Mildred Welch Grammer Sr. in Longview, Texas. After living in Dallas and Houston, the family moved to Victoria in 1960, where Linda graduated from Victoria High School in 1962.

In 1964, she married the love of her life, Carl Lee Bellis. The two shared 58 wonderful years together before Carl’s passing in 2022. Linda was a loyal and dedicated employee of Victoria Automotive & Transmission, where she worked for 44 years.

Linda enjoyed hunting and fishing alongside Carl, and together they spent many joyful years working and relaxing at the family ranch, The Lazy B. One of her greatest joys was riding horses with her daughter, Tiffany.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughter, Tiffany (David) Williams, and her adored granddaughters, Lauren (Colton) Hahn and Carly Williams. She is also survived by her brother, Russell B. Grammer Jr. (Charlotte), along with her niece, Trista and nephew, David.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl Lee Bellis and her parents.
