He left behind his wife Barbara Swaney of Cuero, Tx, Daughter, Laura Monk and husband Jason Monk, and grandson Forrest Monk of Wimberley, Tx, son, Joseph Swaney III of Seguin, Tx, and sisters Brenda Lakey of Redwood Tx and Mary Hyden of Brady, Tx. He was preceded in death by Joann Swaney. Married for 52 years as of December 31st. Joseph was a truck driver for 40 years, member of assemble of God Church in Llano, Tx. Will forever be loved
