In Memory of Jack Nathan Demicelli – DOD 6-18-2025

Jack Nathan Demicelli, 54 of Victoria passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025. He was born April 16, 1971, in Houston, Texas. Jack Nathan had military inspirations but after injuring his knees in high school football, he decided to work in law enforcement. He graduated from Victoria High School and received his law enforcement peace officers license from Victoria College. His hobbies included karate, computers and gaming. The family called him Nathan until his LEO career then Jack became his dominant name.

Jack Nathan was a Deputy for Jackson County Sheria from 94-96 and 97-2006. He served as a police officer for the City of Yorktown from 96-97. He also worked in the oil field for Coastal Drilling with his brother.

Jack Nathan was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Nathan Demicelli (2011) and Janie Clifton Hebert (2010), both grandparents, Nathan (1975) and Lena Romero Demicelli (1992) and Ellison Howe Clifton (‘70’s) and Myrtle Mae Quinn Goode (2006).

Jack Nathan is survived by his stepfather, Shelton Lee Hebert Sr.; children, Wesley Demicelli (and spouse, Michelle) and Sara K. Demicelli Adams ( and spouse, Devin); granddaughter, Dani Demicelli; brother and sisters, Kenneth W. Johnson, Carolyn Johnson Rose and Gina Johnson Howard (and spouse, Robert); and nieces, Christina G. Rose and Candace Rose Martinez (and spouse, Elman) and three great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services and internment are pending with planned private graveside services at St. Peters Catholic Cemetery in Blessing, Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of South Texas.
