Edward Lee Eddy, Sr.

Died July 2nd, 2022

Edward Lee Eddy, Sr., known to most as Eddie, died peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, July 2nd.  He is reunited with his "Angel" and wife, Eva Eddy after years of being apart. 

He was son to Harold James Eddy and Anna Sullivan (both deceased). Father to Richard Eddy, Sharon Jones, Pamela Eddy (deceased) and Edward Eddy, Jr. (deceased). He was also stepfather to Curtis Whitford (deceased), Jon Whitford, Donna Migl, Carol Gambrel, James (Jimmy) Whitford (deceased), and Robert (Bobby) Barnet. (deceased). He is missed by those still here on earth and embraced by those who are with him now. His many grandchildren and great grandchildren are among those who miss him as well. 

Eddy has always been a hard worker and admired those with good work ethic as well. He had plenty to talk about and enjoyed visiting with others, especially over a game of pool! He had great admiration for the fellow church members at Shiner's First United Methodists Church, as they showed he and my grandmother so much love over the years that they had fellowship with them. His service will be held at First United Methodist Church in Shiner at 10am Saturday, August the 6th.
