Donna Merchant Kelley

Donna Merchant Kelley "Mama Bird", born June 3,1942 in Hearne, Texas, passed on June 11, 2025 at her home in Victoria, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Georgia Merchant, daughter Kay Boren and son Michael Bird.  She is survived by her daughter Angie Massenburg and son James Bird, grandchildren - Ami, Micheal, Kortnie, Kelcie, Kacie and Jackson and 11 great-grandchildren. Donna lived a loving fulfilling life as a mother to many, she loved her family and friends fiercely.  She loved traveling, reading and Thanksgiving.  She will be missed by many; her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she touched.
