Deborah "Debbie" Sue Leclerc

Deborah (Debbie) Sue Leclerc, born Deborah Sue Miller and formerly known as Debbie Gill, age 71, of Victoria Texas, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026.

Debbie was born in Karnes County, Texas, to Adora Rosaleen Miller and “AJ” Alvin Joseph Miller. She grew up with strong Texas roots where she raised her three children and received her college degree.  She then carried that strength to California where she resided for several years with her husband Mike.  Debbie dedicated many years of her professional life working as a human resources coordinator in California. Through her work, she supported and guided many people, forming lasting friendships and earning the respect of colleagues and community alike.

Debbie loved her family and lived life fully. She found joy in spending time with her beloved husband Mike and dogs, riding through the California Redwoods on the Harley, crafting, sewing, gardening, cooking and going to the gym. Her caring and generous nature defined her life leaving a lasting impression on those who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Leclerc; her three children, Renee Gill, Zach Gill, and Jascha Humphrey, 2 nieces, 1 nephew and 11 treasured grandchildren.  She is also survived by her siblings, Larry, Terri Miller and Lester Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adora Rosaleen Miller and Alvin Joseph Miller and sibling Nona McElroy.

Her memory will live on in our hearts.  She is now riding free and reunited in heaven with her dogs Zoe and Sassy, who were part of her family and brought her endless joy.

A casual Memorial service will be held 11am - 4pm March 21st, 2026, at 

Yorktown Community Hall
