Charles Allen Baete (64) passed away peacefully in his sleep the evening of Sunday, November 4, 2024.
He was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has made his home in Texas for approximately twenty years.

He was a union operator with Local 450 and a friend to many of you. He was a seasoned storyteller;
