Cecelia "Cece" Ann Martin

Mrs. Cecelia “Cece” Ann Martin, daughter of the late Arnold Peterson and Lenora Bertram (formerly Galloway, Peterson) was born January 21, 1945 in Alice, Texas; passed away on September 6, 2025 in Victoria, Texas at the age of 80.

Cecelia is survived by her brother Lummie (Brenda) Peterson, daughter Sherry (David) Kollmeyer, son Jimmy Martin, granddaughter Krista (Andrew) Reynolds, grandson, Trevor (Melanie) Kollmeyer, great-grandchildren Ryan & Rylee Reynolds.  Cecelia is preceded in death by husband Tommy Martin, father Arnold Peterson and Mother Lenora Bertram.

Cecelia graduated Sherman E. Burroughs High school in 1963; Ridgecrest, CA.  She worked in accounting, bookkeeping and retail.  She was a wonderful sister, mom, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend to all. She shared love with all, from the children on the block hanging out in her home enjoying snacks and time together, to sharing love and kindness with those she worked with. Everyone that knew her could feel her loving caring heart. Her smile was always contagious and she loved to laugh and have a good time, whether it was hanging out with family playing games or visiting the ocean, she enjoyed being with her loved ones. One of her favorite verses ~ 1 Corinthians 13:13 “Three things will last forever - faith, hope and love - and the greatest of these is love.” Cecelia will be greatly missed by her family and friends but her love and memories will be in our hearts forever.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at 2:00 PM at 1610 Bottom Rd, Victoria, Texas 77905.
