Arthur Joe Hewer, 58, passed away Sept. 13, 2022. He was born March 15, 1964 to the late Carl Hewer Sr. and Billie Jo.
Arthur is survived by his brother Carl Hewer Jr. and wife Cindy Hewer of Yoakum, Tx; nephew, Scott and wife Devin; Niece, Stacy and husband Justin, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
