Connie Allen, 72, of Victoria, TX passed away July 5, 2019. She was a stay at home mom that raised 4 children. She was born to Roxie and Carl Dickerson on Nov. 19, 1946.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Walter Allen, Grandson; Stephen Allen, Parents, and Brother.

Connie is survived by 4 children; Roxanna, Wanda, Nellie and Walter Jr.; 2 sons-in-law; Danny Holmes and Joey Hencerling.
